We just spent five days outside of Albuquerque attending SASS’s End of Trail. The event had a couple of highlights for us.
Yes, that first picture is of a buffalo…and he’s alive. It’s T. C. Thornton and his buffalo Harvey Wallganger. We set up a conversation thinking we would go to where they were performing. But, no, they wanted to do it in our tent where everyone else did their’s.

The other picture is of a stagecoach ride that I took. Yes, that’s a microphone in my hand. I take every opportunity to get in a segment for the radio show.

We’re sorry that we have been a bit delinquent about updates the last few days. We have been very busy getting a new project up and running. Those of you who listen to our weekly radio shows or read Chronicle of the Old West know that we’ve been promoting living your life according to “The Code.”
The last few weeks we’ve been putting together a new organization called “Living The Code Foundation.” If you would like to get more information, visit www.LivingTheCode.org.

We continue for a couple more weeks at Benson, Arizona. The area is considered high desert plains. During the late spring each day there is shower that usually results in one or more rainbows.

And with rain the desert comes alive with beautiful flowers.
