July line-up:
A DRUNKEN BLACK JACK – A couple of miners thought they could get the best of Black Jack Ketchum because Black Jack was drunk. But they were wrong.

ORLANDO ROBBINS – Here is an Old West lawman that needs to be discovered by Hollywood. WARREN MASSACRE I & II – What could be called one of the most unique stories in the conflict between Indians and whites. SAM BROWN – What the law couldn’t do, a citizen did. And a jury showed its gratitude.
HURRICANE BILL – Hurricane Bill was a “happy-go-lucky frontier rollicker.” And destruction followed in his path. JOHN HARDEN KILLS TOWN – During his life John Wesley Harden killed about 22 men. In addition, it could very well be that the death of a thriving town could also be laid at his feet. YERBA BUENA – Yerba Buena was overlooked by the Spanish and Mexicans. But, when the Americans took over they realized its value, and changing its name, Yerba Buena became a great city. JACK HARRIS – Jack Harris was well liked by almost everyone. But, it was his one enemy, Ben Thompson that determined his fate. ROCK CREEK SHOOTOUT I & II – Quite often, there are a number of different versions of Old West events…especially when Wild Bill Hickok is involved. FORT PHIL KEARNY – A fort built to protect settlers along the Bozeman Trail. But, because of one man, it was eventually abandoned and burned down. JOHN WILLIAM POE – John Poe had a chance to gain fame for killing Billy the Kid. But the opportunity passed him by like a ghost in the night. WILLIAM ELLSWORTH LAY – As a member of Black Jack Ketchum and Butch Cassidy’s gang, “Elzy” found himself the mastermind behind their capers. DOC KILLS GORDON – Doc Holiday kills his first man. And wouldn’t you known it, a woman was involved. FREE THOMPSON GROUP – When Cochise tangled with this group, he got more than he had planned. HARRY WHEELER – Harry accomplished as much or more than other more famous lawmen. Unfortunately, he was born a few years too late to get their fame. BLUE DUCK I & II – The story Blue Duck and Belle Starr may be filled with legend. But it’s a great legend.
WYATT SHOOTS COWBOY – Although Wyatt Earp got credit for shooting George Hoy, in reality, with led flying from more than one gun, it’s really not known who did it.
THE BUCK GANG – Rufus Buck boasted, “That his outfit would make a record that would sweep all the other gangs of the territory into insignificance.” And he did.
CHIEF POCATELLO – Although Chief Pocatello, like most other chiefs, tried his best to protect his Shoshone tribe, in the end they ended up on a reservation. |
